They are absolutely horrible. I haven't received my order till this day.
Buffalo hasn't delivered my order when I try to contact them noone replies. I can't get a hold of anyone at buffalo logistics. They say delivery failed due to no contact available but noone contacted me about my parcel and I was at home the whole day. I have ordered before and received poor customer service but this time they dont want to deliver my order.
