Theres no hope, they will deliver

My shein order has not arrived 3 months later. I received an sms to pay duty fees, I paid immediately. a week later I get an sms saying that my parcel could not be delivered and was returned to the depot. To have it resent, I needed to pay R175. i didnt understand how a parcel can be returned for failed delivery when I was never contacted to be advised that my parcel was on its way, or contacted by anyone to say the parcel has arrived. I have sent multiple emails and was advised 6 weeks adter i had paid the R175 that i would receive my parcel within 72 hours. it is now two weeks later and still no delivery of my parcel. I wonder if I should just give up on these items and just never order on shein again.
