There is a guy called Solwazi with Buffalo and he is so respectful and always smiling and friendly when he delivers or collects parcels from me. When I get a notification from Buffalo I can be assured they will be there unlike some companies that take my parcel back and forth for up to 3 days before delivering. I always get great service from Solwazi with the most beautiful smile.
