Theft out of package!!!

BUFZA***YQ Reference number.

I ordered a package from Shein, containing 6 items. On receiving the parcel only to see that the ring I ordered was removed from the ringbox.

I contacted Shein and according to them, the theft took place at Buffalo Logistics. After complaining on Buffalow Lodgistics, they emailed me a reverence number and a promise that somebody from their office will contact me wothin 24hours, Its a week later, NOTHING!!! Please help
