The worst service I have ever experienced

I have paid my taxes , and I called in yesterday to find out when will my order be delivered the consultant just told me that they are shipping my package back to China with no explanation, yet I have been communicating with Palesa leothla and explained to her that that I will pay on the 10th of august and she told me it’s fine , right now I spoke to an agent and have been on hold for over an hour ….this is the worst service I have ever experienced and buffalo the company is coming across as if they don’t care about customer service and is extremely unaccountable !!!!
