The worst service from a logistics company

If you have a parcel coming from China and they are using Buffalo Logistics don't ever expect to receive it. Also do not expect them to answer their phones, email or the "speedy" WhatsApp service they have. When you do manage to get hold of them the customer care (if you can call them that) don't care and will blatantly lie to you about when your parcel will be delivered. Basically once your parcel gets to the warehouse it goes into a black hole never to be seen or delivered again.
