The worst service ever!!!!

They deserve a zero star or even a minus. I have been waiting for my order from shein and all of a sudden an email comes through that they could not deliver because of invalid address and number. I have been living in tha same address for 7year and have had the same number for 15 years. No body has come to deliver or even called. When I call the durban number it says it's invalid. So now I don't know who to call
