THE WORST ! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! I dont understand why Shein uses this company. I placed an order and paid my taxes as soon as I received the sms. My parcel has been stuck on "in transit" for days, going on weeks now. When you call them the most UNPLEASANT lady answers, I think her name is Charlotte, and fails to give a proper response. So disappointing! Dont order from Shein if this is the shipping company used 😔
