The worst of the worst!!!

This company is bad bad bad!!! Terrible, the worst of the worst. they sent me an SMS to tell me that my number was invalid (funny I received the SMS on the invalid number), I called them and they said the SMS was an error my number is fine and they will deliver but they did not. When I follow up on the delivery they tell me could not deliver because my number is invalid, they say they will update the number (which is correct) and deliver but still no delivery. I have called their call centre 7 times and every time they say my number is invalid and they are updating it and escalating the issue. but nothing ever comes of it, no updates, no delivery, just the same excuse everytime I call. I do not know why SHEIN continues to use them because they keep dropping the ball. SHAME ON YOU BUFFALLO!!!
