The worst freshdesk consultant.

I called Buffalo International Logistics on the 6th of September 2023 at 16h27 and spoke to the most horrible rude lady. I have never dealt with someone so rude. She is rude in such as way that you will think she is getting paid, just to be rude to customers. I really don't understand why is she even answering the phone calls if she is that rude. All I wanted to to do was to send my proof of payment, only to find the worst person who didn't even want do do anything, telling me I should call back with the correct information, pronouncing my name and surnam incorrect and not apologising when corrected. Please remove her if you want to save your business!!!!!
