THE WORST COURIER COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This courier company is BY FAR THE WORST company you can ever deal with, its over a month since they have my parcel, I have made a number of calls to them and everytime it would be a new and different story, they blamed the airport for the delay first then I spoke to Bonolo and she advised me that my parcel would be given to Pexi last week Friday, when i called again on Monday, held for over 15min then I was told that Bonolo gave me false information, my parcel was not given to Pexi, it would only be given to them on Wednesday, i Used my tracking number today being Thursday and my parcel is still with Buffalo, so it means that they are just sitting with our parcels and not dispatching them out, I am even at a point where I just want their address so that I can just go and pick my parcel up even though I have already paid for them to courier it, they are not even shameful of their pathetic service, they are just in a hurry to end the call. I HATE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!
