The sound of silence is right.

Utterly useless. I'm due to receive an international delivery and this is my first time dealing with Buffalo. I get a notification that I need to pay the vat and duty tax. Fine, happily. I do so and go to their site to find out where I can send proof of delivery to. I keep getting the same link which shows me where I can pay but nothing else. I use the chat function to try and speak to someone and I mention that I've already paid, looking to send proof of payment. The person sends me the same useless link I've already been struggling with. I try again to speak to someone, still no joy. I call the customer support line and spend the next 15 minutes listening to the instrumental version of a sound of silence. Kudos to whoever decided to use that song because that was exactly what I got before a recorded voice told me to contact their whatsapp number and then promptly hung up. No response from their whatsapp number after I messaged them numerous times.
