The service was good at first,when the time for my order to be delivered came it was bad

The service was good at first,when the time for my order to be delivered came it was bad. The driver who was supposed to deliver my shein parcel on Friday called me on Friday morning confirming that my order was going to arrive that day and asked if I was available but he did not come,I waited and waited my order has not been delivered till today I'm still waiting for an order that was supposed to be delivered on Friday.
