THE MOST USELESS COURIER COMPANY

This is the worse and heartless courier company any company can ever use. I don't know if I should call them a ****mer, bcos I ordered an items from TEMU which took just 5 days to arrive south africa, before my parcel arrive south africa on the 12th of July, I was asked to pay a huge amount for Tax and VAT on air, when the package has not arrived in south africa which I did, up till date my item is still in there office and I call there office I keep speaking to rude customers services, who keep telling my package would be dispatched the next day since on the 12th of July. This company is the worse courier service in south africa
