The most pathetic courier service ever

This is the most unprofessional service ever received and the most pathetic courier ever. I have been waiting over two weeks for a delivery and i keep getting told that my package is detained and will be released within 5-8 working days .Last week I was told by the 31/03/2026 my parcel will be released . Today I am told to wait another 16 days . None of the communication platforms comes back with feedback. I bought items for my daughter's birthday and sadly I cannot gift her anything due to the pathetic service i am getting from Buffalo . I wish the companies can stop using them as their service is worthless .
