The Laziest, most useless couriers in South Africa

I have never dealt with a more useless courier company in my life. ..

Please can you guys choose a better courier company to deal with in South Africa, Buffalo Logistics is absolutely uselss. If you join the Shein clothing group (the South African one) you can see the complaints there, this is also not the first time I have complained about them, they have also removed all their social media accounts due to the complaints.

I own a chain of retail stores and we import from China regularly so I know how the process works so trust me when I say to you Buffalo Logistics is not the way to go, I have never in my life dealt with such a useless courier company.

I love Shein and their service is amazing, but they are ruining their reputation here.

I have waited over 2 weeks for clearance which was paid for as soon as it landed, and no feedback can be given, any other courier company is able to give you updates as to where they are in the clearance process.

I ordered these goods in ample time given how long Shein orders normally take for an event and when you try and call them you get shouted at and told to just wait they are not willing to give you any feedback.

I see it as pure laziness when customers are paying you for a service and you cannot be bothered to give them any decent feedback, they cannot even give an estimate which is absolutely useless for a courier company.

The event I ordered these items for is now tomorrow and still Buffalo Logistics cannot give me an answer.

They never answer emails and getting through to them on the phone is like finding gold - rare!

They have a whatsapp line which is supposed to be quick responses but good luck getting a response there...
