The company’s service is very poor 0%

I am definitely not happy about the buffalo logistics company. I ordered from Shein in March but I still haven’t received my both my parcels I even tried sending emails, but there is no difference. The status of my first ordered says the order is on the way but it never arrives and my second order is just stuck. I’m so dissatisfied honestly.
