The absolute worst service!

This is the absolute WORST service I have ever experienced. I was meant to receive my order on 21 August 2023. When following up with the supplier she informed me that the courier had returned my parcel because there was 'no answer'. I did not receive ONE call. No one - not even the supplier has asked for my contact information. These people are IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of - I have tried every method available.

I am so frustrated and I want my parcel!!!!!
