I got my first parcel within 14 days. Then Temu took off with a bang. Suddenly orders increased. Unfortunately the courier company was not prepared for this. I don't think they ever anticipated that this will happen. They must still find their feet in this extremely stressful and busy time. Everyone complaining just remember you are just one of the small fish in this huge pond. There are people that actually have patience to await delivery. How would you feel every time you answered the phone and there is a ranting, raving maniac on the other side. It's NOT the people at the call centres fault, why blame them. It's pure arrogance that some people think they are the only ones that matter. Shame on you. Grow up, you are behaving like 3 year old tantrum babies. Give them some leeway to find their feet.
