Terrible, terrible customer service

Terrible, terrible customer service. Still waiting for feedback after I spoke to a costumer service agent more than 2 weeks ago. They have asked me to pay double import tax on the same parcel that was never delivered. The parcel was due to arrive in Dec 2022 already. I wish I knew how companies like these stay in business
