Terrible shipping service and long waiting time on my SHEIN order

The 28th of November as the estimated time of arrival (ETA) is way too late for me. Buffalo keeps shifting it from 21 November to 23 November , now 28th November. They have shifted my ETA 3 times already. That would now make the order 4 weeks late now. They keep asking me to be patient but I have been more than patient and it’s upsetting to see people who ordered after me who also live in Johannesburg receive their package earlier. This is unacceptable as my partner ordered last week and got his order today and we stay at the same address. Please expedite and speed up my delivery!
