TERRIBLE SERVICE - PAID BUT NO PARCEL RECEIVED

I ordered a parcel from Buffalo Logistics several weeks ago. 1. Confusing presentation of price : The initial price of the product was R160. When ordering the product, the deliver cost was another R100. About two weeks later, I was requested to pay R50 on top of it for import tax. Which I did and forwarded the proof of payment via whatsapp and email. 2. General communication: After requesting feedback on the status of my parcel numerous times, via whatsapp and email, I have not received any response. I contacted all employees I could find on Linkedin in the hope of getting any response. The reaction was a short email requesting the proof of payment (of the tax amount) again.
