TERRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM BUFFALO -I have spoken to your agents on the week of the 10th , you'll had advised that delivery would have been on the 14th latest. I have not received anything in that week. I called again last week which was the week of the 17th together with my colleagues and your agents said it will be delivered by the 21st August 2026, Still have not received my parcel. I called in today 24/08/2026 around 08:30AM and your agent Ayanda mentioned that the parcel has not been dispatched as yet. She mentioned that she had spoken to her supervisor and he will call me during today, but I don't understand why this is so delayed and still has not been dispatched from the warehouse. This is unprofessional and *********.
