Terrible service from BUFFALO!

Terrible customer service from this company! I missed my Christmas gifts because they decided to return my parcels without calling me. They claim the suburb does not match my delivery address. Then send a link to make changes to my address but the link does not do that at all, it just shows the current address that can’t be altered! If I give them an alternative address, it requires me to give the driver an access code…but how do I do that when they don’t bother calling on the day of the delivery???!!!! Bad bad service! All they do is making you talk to robots, stay on the lines for minutes and not respond to emails and WhatsApp messages
