Terrible service from Buffalo

I'm so disappointed in Buffalo, I've been trying to get an order returned to Shein for almost a month now and they just don't care. They keep telling me it will be picked up but no one comes to do so. The worst part is that this is coating me. Who will be liable for the money I've spent and can't get back once the 30 day return window closes? Buffalo has been so unprofessional and unwilling to help. I wish we had more service provider options as customers because Buffalo has clearly become complacent.
