Terrible service

My previous experience with Buffalo Logistics has been very pleasant. They answered quickly and I even received my package earlier than expected. However now it is the opposite. After every follow up on my side I wait days for an answer. I was promised 3-5 working days on Monday, today is day 5 and still nothing. No answers, no contact made. The items were specifically ordered for my birthday last Saturday. I understood that my lead time was not over yet, and truly hoped they'd be ready this Saturday for a function I have. Still nothing. Please, if I can get my order asap I will change my review to a 5 star
