Terrible service

After my precious review i received a call from a lady named Kaylen from Baffalo Logistics advising that they are verifying everything and will provide feedback once sorted. Days gone, no feedback. I call and she advises that they have a system issue. Now she ignores my calls. What do i do to get my refund? It's 5 months now and still nothing.
