Terrible service ever

my parcel was dispatched on the 15th Nov 2021 according to the tracking number but not yet received ,when I phone Buffalo International there is a operating machine only ,no response on Whatsapp the one that the claim is it quick, I have sent so many messages and e-mails since the 7th Nov but still nothing. I am angry and disappointed I need my parcel.
