Terrible Service

Absolute terrible experience with Buffalo Logistics this time around. There was a delay with the order from China but no communication was sent to customers yet they requested customs to be paid at the beginning of December already. How did they request customs if the order was not even received yet. Now I call to find out more information they say who told me when my order will be delivered because they don't confirm that. Yet when a order is placed on Shein an estimate turnaround time is provided I just want my order. Shein will loose customers because of Buffalo Logistics.
