Terrible service

Bad service! My parcel was wrongly allocated. The driver called me and he was so rude and impatient, he asked me to call customer services. Customer services did not escalate the matter, I had to phone again the next day! since it was Thursday I decided to wait for Monday to do a follow-up. The service lady Khanyisile lacked patience she refused to answer my question and emphasized on whatever she was saying, she did not have the time to explain to me properly. I am so disappointed.
