TERRIBLE SERVICE DUE

I have placed an order with SHEIN, with the correct delivery address. Buffalo has entered my address wrong on their system, after phoning them every day, with them giving empty promised that my parcel will be delivered the next day, I was informed that they will only deliver in 3 days time. This is a very time sensitive purchase, which I placed in time with SHEIN, however due to Buffalo negligence, I will not be receiving my order before im travelling to another country.

Their customer service is terrible to say the least.. Will NEVER order from SHEIN again whilst they are using Buffalo as their logistic company
