Terrible Service & Dishonesty

I'm extremely disappointed with Buffalo and their lack of professionalism. I was supposed to receive my package on Monday, but I've received nothing but excuses and lies. First I was told that the package was returned to their warehouse because the driver supposedly went to my place but couldn't reach me by phone. A blatant lie, and when I asked for proof of said call, they refused to provide any. Now, they've changed their story and are claiming that my address not exist on Google Maps. The same address their driver claims he went to on Monday. Instead of taking accountability and resolving the issue, they keep sending me from pillar to post with no clear answers. This level of incompetence and dishonesty is unacceptable.
