Terrible Service, Dishonest & unreliable

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Buffalo Logistics. I ordered goods from SHEIN, which arrived in South Africa over a week ago, I paid customs right after I received the email but your company refuses to deliver them to my address despite having all the correct details.

Your call centre agents have been rude, unprofessional, and dishonest, repeatedly claiming the parcel will be delivered the next day each time I call. This is unacceptable and has caused me significant frustration and is a huge inconvenience.

I am prepared to escalate this issue as far as necessary to ensure accountability for your unprofessionalism and failure to fulfil your responsibilities.

I demand immediate action to deliver my parcel, I urge other customers to be cautious when dealing with Buffalo Logistics, as my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

A quick internet search on Buffalo logistics is enough to put one off, I honestly don't know why SHEIN still insists on using them as their courier service of choice. I believe that SHEIN has a responsibility to work with trusted couriers to ensure their goods arrive safely to their customers and not put our parcels and hard earned money in the hands of the wrong people that can't even account for them.

Buffalo logistics your behaviour will not go unnoticed or unchallenged.

Please resolve this matter immediately and start treating your customers with the respect they deserve.
