Terrible service by Buffalo Logistics

Terrible service!! This courier company delivered my items to an incorrect address all the way in Cape Town whilst I’m based in Joburg.I’ve made several calls and have sent dozens of emails to their support stuff but none of them is acknowledging this mistake. And they refuse to refund me!!!
