Terrible Service

I ordered items from Temu 2 months back from this review, I received a call from Buffalo Logistics where it had been stated that the driver got hijacked attempting to deliver my parcel and a refund will be processed from both Temu and Buffalo. I received my refund from Temu 3 days later whereas it’s 2 months later and I still have not received my refund from Buffalo Logistics for the taxes and delivery paid. I keep getting redirected to “an email for your refund request will be sent to your email” and again, 2 months later, I still have not received an email nor have I received my refund.
