Terrible service/ awaiting refund

On the 11th of April I gave a review about Buffalo logistics regarding my SHEIN order/refund. Buffalo responded and said an agent will call me back, it’s been almost 6 days and I haven’t received a call or email from buffalo. Imagine it’s over a month and SHEIN can’t process my order for a refund because buffalo still has my package. Buffalo can you PLEASE tell me what’s the hold up?! My shipping number is BUFEX***YQ. Please get back to me as soon as possible!
