Terrible service and 0 help from support.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Parcel says out for delivery, haven't seen it yet. I called the support line and after the 5th call and waiting AGES for someone to pickup. When I asked about my parcel they said they don't know they don't have the phone numbers of drivers, if the parcel gets there it gets there. 0 help at all. Whatsapp is just a bot, emails are automated. I agree with every bad review here. SHOCKINGLY bad service.
