TERRIBLE SERVICE AGAIN AND AGAIN AND I CAN DO NOTHING ABOUT IT

Ordered goods shipped through Buffalo Logistics. I stated CLEARLY the delivery address was an office block. Of course they did not read my request, they schedule the delivery for Saturday. Obviously security will not accept the goods. They returned by goods to their warehouse and handed my parcels over to a third party for delivery. I am now told that I must just wait for the 3rd party to deliver my goods. Sender is not interested, Buffalo Logistics have the most "****ty attitude and throw the phone down in your ear" I have paid for my goods, paid duties and now i sit and just wait for some competent person to come across my order again and deliver it to me. Hopefully this time NOT ON A WEEKEND OR public holiday! Get your act together Buffalo Logistics we are the client and without us YOU ARE NOTHING!!
