Terrible service

I would not even rate buffalo logistics with 1 star.. For the service that i am currently receiving from them.. No stars would be appropriate. My package was apparently ****** in the first week of February. I was not made aware of this until i called days later to find out when i will receive my delivery then i was told that the package was lost or ******. I have been calling and sending emails regarding a refund.. I sent through all documents that were required to do a refund but its been 20 + days no fred back from then.. The call center agents cannot help.. One lady even put the phone down while i was speaking to her. There service terrible.. They keep saying someone will get back to me and no luck. I really dont know if i will even get a refund from them. I would never recommend them to anyone
