Terrible service
I paid my customs on 24 March and till today I haven't received my parcel. My order hasn't moved since the 5th of April and I urgently need my parcel for my graduation. When you call them they don't answer their phones. Please tell me why you are also sending our parcels to third parties that you know have bad reviews and our parcels are not guaranteed to be received. This is the most unreliable courier service in the world. I'm so frustrated
