Terrible service

Buffalo simply doesn't deliver. My order has been stuck with them since 22 March. I have been trying to reach them with no avail. My graduation is tomorrow and I don't have clothes because of them. It's so hectic that they are so unreliable. Where is my parcel? When will I get it? On the tracker it says ITT has my parcel, I contacted them they said they only got it electronically so where is my parcel? BUFZA***YQ please deliver my parcel
