Terrible Service
The tracking shows that the driver tried to deliver twice, but consignee 'was not available'. However, no delivery was attempted at all. More than that, when I phoned the helpline, they stated that he tried to phone me, which is also not true.
If it happened once, I could understand that it was a mistake. Twice however, seems like pure incompetence.
