Terrible Service

Shein should stop using Buffalo Courier. Their Service is terrible. The call center agents are *********** and the drivers. When the driver calls me he indicated that as per his GPRS for him to get to me he needs drive 800km. Then I asked him where was he. He said he was in Alberton Verwoerdpark then I told him he was 10mins away from my place. He then told me that he won't make it because he was in my area earlier that day he rather reschedule. After I have waited more than 3 weeks for my parcel.Really if Shein wants to grow their business in SA they should consider a different logistics company. When calling in their supervisor or manager is forever busy on another line.
