Terrible service

Absolutely worst delivery company ever!!! I mailed 4 times regarding my parcel - receiving no feedback, called twice and each time after holding the line fist day 26 min together to a agent she was unable to help me second time I had to hold the line for 57 minutes to speak to an agent and she put the phone down in my ear before solving my crisis. How is it possible that they can be so pathetic!!!
