TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I bought from Temu, paid all my fees, vat and custom duties too, but i am still not receiving my parcel, it has been over 3 weeks now and still nothing, the service is awful no help from the staff there, they have AI systems that are just useless. the most terrible experience ever, buying frim Shein and Takealot was even better than this service, I demanded a refund which also has not been process. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy from these company. Buffalo international and Temu a just ****** to scheme us out of our hard earned money. these platforms should literally be boycotted
