Terrible service

I experienced terrible service from Buffalo logistics delivery. For the second time, they returned my parcel to the warehouse due to no answer on the phone. The phone barely rang for a second before it was dropped, leaving me unable to answer. Then, I received an SMS stating that delivery failed due to no response, which is absurd. I'm extremely disappointed that they didn't even notify me when the delivery was out. ***
