Had a very terrible service from buffalo logistics pathetic service and their *********** team leader by the name of Cristina not even sure was given a correct name they plain refuse to give her surname and direct line, been enquiring about my parcel that was incorrectly allocated to a wrong address almost daily I'm calling about the same issue, where is my parcel I didn't receive it
