terrible Service

I am awaiting a parcel to my home in Roodepoort. on Monday the driver called to say he was in Polokwane, I called the office and checked my address . Wednesday they sent a message to say it was out for delivery Thursday I called again She said I must wait three days. Friday I called again . My parcel had gone to Polokwane again. Now I have a mail to say its on the way to Mogodumo 255 kms away from my house. I wonder if Ill ever receive my parcel.
