TERRIBLE SERVICE

Made payment for purchases from Temu. Sent proof of payment to email address, whatsapp and even their support email yet they still asking for Vat and Taxes payment that was done on 1 June 2024. Tried calling about 5 times but the dont answer. Really terrible service
