TERRIBLE LOGISTIC COMPANY

Disappointing experience with Buffalo logistics! I'm extremely disappointed and ****ed with Buffalo Logistics, SHEIN shipping partner. They failed to deliver my package, returning it to the warehouse without notice or attempt to contact me that driver Zenande Mina said it's the wrong without an attempt to deliver my package. Despite numerous emails, WhatsApp messages, and phone calls, I was met with complete silence. The tracking information was also inadequate, leaving me in the dark about my package's status. It's unacceptable that a logistics company can be so unresponsive and unaccountable. Overall, Buffalo Logistics' poor communication, inadequate tracking, and disregard for customer satisfaction make them a partner to avoid. I don't know why they had to why SHEIN had to give my parcel to Buffalo where else they have a good working logistic partner which is IMILE LOGISTICS. I WANT MY ORDER NO LATER THAT 11/12/2024 I PAID FOR MY STUFF AND 811RANDS OF CUSTOMS I BETTER HAVE MY STUFF BEFORE 12H00 TOMORROW
